N. Bandi Files
On the corner of Chapline and Eighteenth streeets Nicholas Bandi has, for several years, been engaged successfully in the manufacture of steel files for wood and metal workers and all purposes. The files produced are sold in competition with those manufactured by the most successful concerns, and are pronounced better than the average file of commerce. Though Mr. Bandi's establishment is not extensive it is flourishing and is an unique industry in its way for Wheeling.
